Ground 14A Possession Notice
Ground 14A Possession Notice
This Ground 14A Possession Notice can only be used by landlords who are social landlords, (e.g. local authorities, housing associations or housing trusts). It can be used to bring an assured shorthold tenancy to an end if the tenants are a couple and one of them has left the property due to the others violence or threats of violence and they do not intend to return.
A Ground 14A can be used where the violence or threats of violence came from the other's family and that member of the family is also living in the property. The tenant who has left must also be sent this form so that they know that possession proceedings are to be started.
You will have to use this Ground 14A Housing Notice containing the correct details to get possession of your property.
Landlord Tenancy Agreement Pack - CompactLaw Landlord Pack contains all the tenancy agreements, housing notices and letters needed by a landlord.
