This Distribution Agreement is a comprehensive contract for the distribution of products by one party (the distributor) on behalf of another party (the principal). The agreement allows the principal to specify single or multiple territories where the distributor can distribute the products. For example, the distributor could be given London, the South-East of England, the entire UK, or the UK and Europe. A distributor can be given a small or large area depending on the product and the level of coverage the principal seeks.

This contract allows for either an exclusive (sole distribution agreement) or non-exclusive distribution arrangement.

This standard distribution agreement allows for modifying the goods (by the principal only) during the contract.
