Zero Hours Contract Free Samples PDF | Word

This Zero Hours Contract can be used to employ workers on a casual basis, so that the employer can request the employee work as and when required.

This type of contract gives the employer the maximum flexibility allowed under the law. However, it is important to remember the worker does not have to be available to work and can decline any work offered. This casual basis is important as it can be used to show that the worker is not an employee - and so does not have all the additional rights that come with being a permanent employee.
