This is an agreement whereby a developer leases a website to a client and maintains it for a regular fee.
The developer retains ownership and control of the website and receives a regular income for leasing, hosting and maintaining it.

The agreement also allows for the developer (if they wish) to sell the website and domain(s) to the client once the agreement ends.
