This section provides specific terms and conditions for a range of trades and professions, from Builders Terms & Conditions to Window Fitter Terms & Conditions. 

It is important to note that our terms and conditions for each trade or profession include two agreements for the price of one:

1. Terms for doing business with another business.

2. Terms for doing business with consumers/homeowners.

Consumers have greater protection and consumer rights under the law, so the terms and conditions that should be provided to them differ to the business terms. Also most consumers are more comfortable dealing with trades that provide proper terms and conditions, basically it looks more professional.

So if you are quoting for work you should always provide proper written terms, it puts the customer more at ease and greatly increases the likelihood of you winning the work, compared to another provider who does not supply any terms.

Each document purchase includes the following at no extra cost:

• 12 months online access to your document via your account
• 12 months of document updates
