How do I know if I have a good case ?
Your solicitor can help you decide or you can go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Law Centre who can also advise you.
Your solicitor has to give details about your case to the Legal Services Commission, and they will decide whether you have a good case, (good prospect of success).
However, you can Appeal if the Commission turns you down because they do not think your case has a good prospect of success. Your solicitor can tell you how to appeal.
Do I get something for nothing ?
