If an Injunction Order is broken and there is no power of arrest.
What can I do ?

If the injunction is broken then you can go back to court and apply for your opponent to be sent to prison. This is known as "committal proceedings".

You need to have evidence that the injunction has been broken. It is always a good idea to write down anything that your opponent does, this will help your solicitor.

You may be able to apply for a warrant of arrest. This will allow your opponent to be arrested and brought before the court.

What is a Warrant of Arrest ?
