Employment Appeal Tribunal
Appeals against a decision made by an Employment Tribunal by
appealing to the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT).
However, the EAT will only consider appeals on points of law.
This means decisions reached through the incorrect use of the law by the
Employment Tribunal.
An appeal must be made within 42 days of receiving the Employment
Tribunal's full written decision.
Public Funding / Community Legal Services Funding is available to those who qualify financially if you are making an
appeal to the EAT.
Also the Statutory Charge does not apply to any compensation recovered in
the EAT.
