This Grievance and Disciplinary Policy details the procedures that should be followed by an employer.

This policy complies with the changes to the grievance and disciplinary requirements under the Employment Act 2002 (Dispute Resolution)
Regulations 2004, which came into force on 1st October 2004, and the latest ACAS guidance. The Regulations lay down minimum disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures which must be followed by all employers. An employer who disciplines or dismisses without following these regulations runs a real risk of a claim against them.
