Married Couples

If you are also starting divorce proceedings then you must send to the court the following:

1. Divorce Petition.

2. Statement of Arrangements Form, if there are children.

3. Application for an Injunction Form.

4. Sworn Statement (affidavit)

5. Court Fee (or complete a Fees Exemption Form)

You can pick up a Divorce Petition Form, Statement of Arrangements Form, Application for Injunction Form and a Fees Exemption Form from your local County Court.

If you are not starting divorce proceedings then you need only send to the court the following:

1. Application for an Injunction Form.

2. Sworn Statement (affidavit)

3. Court Fee.

Applications are made in the County Court or the Family Division of the High Court.

You can also apply for an injunction in your local Magistrates Court where you are not starting divorce proceedings.
