Service of Application
Your application has to be stamped by the court who will give you or your solicitor copies of the application together with Notice of a Hearing date. You will need to send a copy of your application and the Notice of the Hearing date to your opponent by post.
You will be given another Form in which you will have to give details of when and how you sent the document to your opponent, you then send this Form back to the court. You will then need to attend court for the hearing.
