If you have purchased the "Plus" version you can receive 12-months free unlimited legal support via email. The support provided covers advice regarding the content, introduction and everyday use of the Pack in your workplace.
How do you provide legal support for the Pack?
Our legal support is provided via email. The advantage of this is that as a customer you receive a written record of the advice given by CompactLaw.
How quickly will I receive a reply to my legal query?
All legal queries from Pack customers are given priority within our email system, when we receive your query it is put at the top of the list of emails to be answered by our legal team. This means that the majority of email queries are answered by the next working day. However, if your query requires some additional research this may take longer.
How does the Pack legal support differ from other legal support provide by other organisations?
We do not outsource legal support to third parties. This means the answers you receive from CompactLaw come from the same legal team that drafted the documents within the Pack. This ensures a swift and accurate response.
Do you provide support through a call centre?
No, we do not believe in outsourcing legal queries to third-party call centres. This is because the staff taking the calls will have no direct knowledge of the contents of the Pack and would therefore be very unlikely to answer your questions. Secondly, the quality of call centres and the advice provided can vary.
What is not provided?
Legal representation is not covered, nor is legal advice on matters not directly related to the Pack. Please note that we do not attend your premises to give advice.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we do not believe in offering a limited initial period of support after purchasing the Pack. For this reason we offer a full 12 months technical support from the date the Pack is purchased. Technical support is provided as standard with both versions of the Pack.
Is there an extra charge for this support?
No, the technical support element is provided free of charge and is not limited to any number of incidents.
What is not provided?
We do not provide advice relating to hardware issues or attend premises to resolve issues.

Does CompactLaw have access to customer card details?
