This consultant agreement is intended for engaging an outside self-employed consultant. Under this contract the consultant has to provide their services with the highest degree of expertise and skill.
Furthermore the consultant agrees to provide their services free from defects and to correct any mistakes made.
Importantly this agreement also contains a provision to stop the consultant from approaching customers to either work for them directly or provide services directly to them. This protection is for the term of the agreement and for a period after the agreement. It also prevents the consultant from providing details to a third party to do the same.
